Turnaround can vary by device and repair type, but FLM is designed around speed, clear expectations, and efficient service that respects the customer’s time.

Most repairs are completed same-day, subject to part availability.

Yes. Transparent pricing is a core part of the FLM brand, with the goal of giving customers a clearer quote and service understanding before repair starts.

FixLab Mobile provides a 90-day limited warranty on eligible repair parts and labour, beginning on the date the repaired device is picked up or returned to the customer.

This warranty applies only to the specific repair completed by FixLab Mobile and covers defects in replacement parts or workmanship under normal use. If an eligible issue occurs during the warranty period, FixLab Mobile will inspect the device and, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no additional charge.

This warranty does not cover physical damage, cracked screens, liquid damage, corrosion, pressure damage, bent frames, misuse, accidental damage, software issues, passcode or account lock issues, data loss, unrelated device issues, or damage caused after the device leaves FixLab Mobile.

Devices with prior damage, liquid exposure, corrosion, previous repair attempts, frame damage, or customer-supplied parts may be excluded from the standard warranty or may receive a modified warranty at FixLab Mobile’s discretion.

FixLab Mobile is not responsible for loss of data. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up their device before service. Some repairs may require testing, resetting, or software-related steps, and data cannot be guaranteed.

Warranty claims require the original receipt or repair ticket. Warranty coverage is void if the device is opened, modified, repaired by another party, damaged, or tampered with after service.

FLM is built to support major smartphone brands, including Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, and other common devices depending on parts availability and repair type.
